• SELLER FINANCING allows owners to finance the buyer’s purchase and earn interest from the loan. Although not common in real estate, owner financing is more readily available when selling land, as mortgages are difficult to obtain.

• TARGETED PROPERTY HOLDS will be used as a hedge against political and climate threats. We will target the future best markets in North America.
